📘 Educational Requirements for BPSC Special School Teachers Online Form 2025

Special School Teacher (Class 1–5)	(क) Candidates who have earned at least 50% of the possible points on their Intermediate/Class 12th level examination from an approved Indian board are eligible. AND Holding a D.El.Ed. in Special Education from an institution approved by the Rehabilitation Council of India, as well as a current Central Rehabilitation Register (CRR) number issued by the Council. OR A valid CRR number issued by the Rehabilitation Council of India is required, as is a D.El.Ed. or a Diploma in Special Education from an institution approved by the Council that is regarded as comparable to a D.El.Ed. in Special Education. OR (ख) Went through six months of cross-disability-specific training. ✅ It is necessary to successfully complete Paper I of the Special School Teacher Eligibility Test (BSSTET) 2023.
Special School Teacher (Class 6–8)	(क) Candidates must have earned a minimum of 50% of their degree from an accredited Indian university or institution, hold a B.Ed. in Special Education from an institution approved by the Rehabilitation Council of India, and have a current CRR number issued by the Council. OR A valid CRR and a certificate or diploma in special education paired with a B.Ed. are also accepted as being comparable to a B.Ed. in special education from an institution approved by the Rehabilitation Council of India. OR (ख) Completed a six-month cross-disability specialist training program. ✅ It is necessary to successfully complete Paper I of the Special School Teacher Eligibility Test (BSSTET) 2023.
