This role involves optimizing internal AI content tools for customer support, enhancing knowledge retrieval, and streamlining automation. The selected candidate will receive training in machine-readable content practices and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revise and structure existing knowledge base content for machine readability.
- Enhance content clarity, consistency, and AI interpretability.
- Implement AI-driven content strategies to improve internal tools.
- Collaborate with content teams, machine learning experts, and process specialists.
- Ensure rewritten content aligns with internal standards and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent English writing and editing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency.
- Experience with Contentful CMS.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts into clear and structured content.
- Familiarity with customer support workflows (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote setting.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in writing, communications, or content development.
