Educational Qualification – Post-wise Details
1. Consultant (Taxation)
- Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI with minimum 5 years of experience in Taxation & Management, especially in Educational Institutions.
- Sound knowledge of Government Financial Rules, Income Tax Act, and GST Act.
- Experience in Finance/Accounts Division of Central/State Government desirable.
- Well versed in MS-Office, Excel & ERP Software.
- Strong knowledge of TDS/GST returns filing, quarterly/annual statutory requirements.
This is a temporary post on fixed pay of ₹50,000/- per month for an initial period of 1 year.
2. Estimator
- Option A: 2-Year Civil Draftsman Course from a recognized ITI.
- Option B: 3-Year Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architectural Assistantship or Higher qualification in Civil/Architecture.
- Punjabi language up to Matric standard is essential.
3. Physiotherapist
- Option A: Master Degree in Physiotherapy with minimum 50% marks.
- Option B: Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized Institute/University with minimum 55% marks.
- Punjabi language up to Matric standard is essential.
4. Watch & Ward Supervisor
- Ex-Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO), not below the rank of Subedar-Major, OR a retired Police Officer not below the rank of an Inspector.
- Qualification may be relaxed to the rank of Subedar for in-service candidates with at least 2 years experience in the University.
- Punjabi language up to Matric standard is essential.
5. Clerk-cum-Junior Data Entry Operator (DEO)
- Option A: BCA / B.Sc. (IT) / B.Sc. (Computer Science) from a recognized university with minimum 50% marks.
- Option B: Graduation with Computer Science as an elective subject with minimum 50% marks.
- Option C: Graduation with minimum 50% marks + PGDCA from a recognized university.
- Option D: B.Tech/B.E. in any stream with Computer Science studied in at least 2 semesters with minimum 50% marks.
- Option E: Master’s Degree in Computer Science / Computer Application / IT with minimum 50% marks.
- Punjabi language up to Matric standard is essential.
